Great private tour!

Fred was our tour guide for this private 4-hour tour, and it was money well-spent. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was a great guide. Monaco was a must-see for us, but we're so glad we also decided to see Eze, a beautiful medieval village. Fred was able to relate to us historical facts, as well as other interesting things about the area, such as who lives there, celebrities who vacation there, etc. We highly recommend this company and Fred!
A Private Half Day Tour of Monaco, Monte Carlo, Eze, and Perfume Factory

Brett was our tour guide with Liven Up and he did a great job. He was very personable, punctual, and knowledgeable. We were on a cruise and visited Monaco where he picked us up at the dock. We took a short drive to Eze, France as he gave us history of the area and then had a great time exploring the village. Afterwards, we toured the Fragonard perfume factory which was interesting and then took a scenic drive through Monaco and Monte Carlo. It was very worthwhile.
Such fun, so interesting, so unique, terrific service! Moumen Forever!

Anyone who's travelled a fair amount has spent time with various guides and drivers. If you're very lucky, you discover someone who goes beyond the normal spiel and tour, listens attentively to your interests, and then provides an extraordinary couple of hours.

Such was the case with Moumen, one of several employees of this tour company, and with whom I spent four really memorable hours. I found myself with some extra time in Monaco and decided to treat myself to a drive around the hill towns nearby that I never saw before. I assumed I was hiring just a private car/driver, and actually resisted the idea of a guide when I was informed otherwise - was I a dummy!

I chose LivenUp because the rate was far less than three other chauffeur companies I contacted - this one was recommended by the hotel concierge after I kept at him about finding a less costly option.

Moumen not only drove me around to some paces I'd never heard of, but was also really excited about visiting a couple places I wanted to see and where he'd never been. It was actually a lot of fun to discover these non-touristic, harder to reach villages together - even if he didn't have specific information about the towns, he knows so much about the region, and many other places in France that it was absolutely delightful talking with him. It was just a fantastic day.

Some poor shmuck gave the company 1 star and he must have just been extremely unlucky in whomever his guide was. I've had experiences like that in many places, and I'm sorry for him, but want to emphasize that the other folks apparently feel as I do and loved their guides and their visits. Listen to us, not to the one negative comment!
